The 2027 Joint Annual Meeting between the Idaho Chapter of The Wildlife Society & the Idaho Chapter of the American Fisheries Society will be held in Boise from February 22–25 at the Boise Centre with a room block at the Hampton Inn and Suites Boise-Downtown.

Consider donating to the upcoming meeting. Members who donate handmade or restored items — such as art, products, or other creations — are entered into a special, separate raffle. The more money their items raise for the chapter, the more chances they receive to win! Contact Fundraising Committee Chair, Jason Beck (jason.beck@idfg.idaho.gov) to learn more.

Calling All Artists!
Each year, we invite artists to submit original logo designs for our annual conference program and merchandise — and next year, your design could be featured! We encourage submissions that reflect the spirit of the conference, including elements inspired by the host city, the annual theme, and/or Idaho as a whole.
Competition Rules
Competition Rules
Designs must include:
The name of the host city
The conference year
The organization name (ICTWS or Idaho Chapter of The Wildlife Society, plus any collaborating societies)
Wildlife native to Idaho — or, for joint conferences, species native to the region represented by collaborating societies outside of Idaho.
Design must be high resolution
Use only 1–4 colors, or be rendered in grayscale
Artists must hold exclusive rights to all elements of the design
Preferred file formats: Adobe Illustrator vector files (.ai), Vector PDFs (.pdf), Encapsulated PostScript files (.eps)
Alternative file formats: .jpg, .jpeg, .psd, or .gif (Note: Alternative formats must be at least 200 dpi and limited to 1–2 colors)
